It's here! The big release of All Hail Emperor Gothon, the anticipated prequel to Trapped on Draconica has finally hit the writing world! Now you guys can get to see how Emperor Gothon became the mad emperor that he was in Trapped on Draconica and find out what REALLY happened to make him snap.
The novel is essentially my own version of a Shakespeare Tragedy, mixed in with a little bit of the classic play Caligula, by Albert Camus - but still set in the world of Draconica. Thought that Fantasy was all swords and sorcery? This is a slightly different spin on the Fantasy genre, taking it into a darker direction.
The novel is currently available from Smashwords - with Amazon Kindle to follow. At the moment, I seem to be having some problems with formatting it to the Kindle (as is always the case with Amazon!) but you can get a kindle format from Smashwords along with other formats. For those new to Smashwords, you do need to sign up to buy books - but there are a whole host of new and indie authors out there waiting to be discovered so I highly recommend it! Paperback versions of the book will follow later in the year.
And now, the moment of truth. The winner of a free book copy (in a format of their choice) drawn at random from those who commented on the previous posts is...
