Last day of the Trapped on Draconica Blog Tour - Magic Versus Science

Ok, so we are on the final day of the Trapped on Draconica blog tour (so sad :(). I hope you guys have had fun this week following me from blog to blog and checking out all the posts and showing support to all the great authors and bloggers that have been a part of this event!

To end this tour, I finish with my very good friends at Read2Review - who are actually responsible for my dive into book reviewing and I have a lot to thank them for. Today I'm doing a guest post with them on two of argueably the greatest aspects of Fantasy Fiction - science and magic. Both have been a defining factor of the creation of the world of Draconica. Two conflicting beliefs that are opposites of each other - but maybe not so far apart.

Anyway, please check out this post below and leave a comment on it to show you care!

Don't forget, you still have time to enter for the Trapped on Draconica ultimate prize pack, so get your entries in quick! The link to do so is here!

Thank you SO much to all the authors/bloggers that took part in this tour and helped promote it. You guys are awesome! Also, thanks to everyone who followed it, commented, read and generally talked about it. You guys are also awesome.

I'll be announcing the winners of the ultimate prize pack in the next couple of days. Watch this space!

Just to let you guys know that I recently reviewed a number of short stories on Read2Review and I present them to you below so that you can see what I thought.

My Latest Book Reviews On Read2Review

Recently I submitted two reviews for my good friends at Read2Review and I thought I'd share them with you guys today.

The first was for the book Wasteland by Lynn Rush - a supernatural romance that I felt had a few flaws, but a decent enough story and those who enjoy supernatural romance will no doubt see through the flaws that I rose.

The second was Tobacco-Stained Mountain Goat by Andrez Bergen - by far one of the most original and entertaining reads I've had this year so far. If you love a little bit of Philip K Dick style Sci-Fi, with a little feeling of 40s style fashion and some elements of Mad Max, then I highly recommend this novel!

Click on the book covers below to be taken my review of the book and see what I thought of them.

There are links to buy the books if you fancy checking either of them out.

Thanks guys.

Upcoming Author Reviews

Being a reviewer on Read2Review, I have had the chance to review a number of excellent books by equally excellent authors. Because I think it's important to give new and independant authors a chance for their works to be exposed, I've decided to do some interviews with these writers as a way of giving them some extra exposure.

Personally I love author interviews and I am excited by this prospect. I am really looking forward to interviewing these fantastic writers and hope that you guys will give their books a go.

My current list of confirmed authors are as follows:

Ryan Schneider - Author of the Go-Go Kids Series

Mysti Parker - A Ranger's Tale

Larry Peterson - The Priest and the Peaches

More authors to be confirmed!

Are you an author that wants your book reviewed? Visit for details.

Until next time!
